Payment & Cancellation policy

Individual bookings

  • For reservation on the website hostelkobarid.com prepayment is not required.
  • Payment options upon arrival: by card, by cash.
  • Free cancellation is possible if cancelling more than 5 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of reservation is applied when cancellation is made less than 5 days before arrival.
  • To guarantee the booking, the data of credit card details are collected during online reservation. In case of no-show or cancelling reservation by guest less than 5 days, the total amount of reservation (excluding tourist tax) is charged from the card. We leave the right to check the validity of card before guests arrival.
  • For guests who dont have banking card, guarantee of the reservation is by possible by prepayment. Please send us the inquiry to issue the proforma invoice for the advance payment for your stay to hostelkobarid@gmail.com.

 

Group bookings

For the reservations of the groups over 10 guests special rules and conditions are applied

  • For reservations made on the website hostelkobarid.com prepayment is not required.
    To guarantee the booking, the data of banking card details is collected. In case of no-show or cancellation the according amount of reservation will be charged from the card. We leave the right to check the validity of the card before guests arrive.
  • Payment options:
    – upon arrival: by card, by cash.
    – by an advance payment  to our bank account; please send us the inquiry to issue the proforma invoice for your reservation to hostelkobarid@gmail.com.
    – the amount of the reservation can be charged from the card provided during online reservation.

  • The reservation can be cancelled free of charge 14 days before arrival.

  • If reservation is cancelled between 14 -7 days before arrival, the guests are charged 50% of total reservation sum (excluding tourist tax).

  • If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the guests are charged 100% of the total reservation sum (excluding  tourist tax).

  • The same rule of cancellation charge is applied when the number of guests is reduced.
